Uneeda Taco – Food Truck Feast

A big taco truck with big flavors and they just opened a new restaurant!

You can’t miss Uneeda Taco’s truck and yes you really need to try their tacos. It’s bright yellow and the wonderful aroma of Mexican street food surrounds this popular food truck. Their street tacos comes with cilantro and onion on a corn tortilla. You have your choice of flavorful chorizo (homemade Mexican ground pork sausage), barbacoa (slow cooked and shredded beef), al pastor (marinated pork grilled with pineapple chunks) and carnitas (slow cooked and shredded pork). For those who are a little bit more adventurous, try one of the specialty tacos. How about jerk chicken with pineapple, grilled fish or chicken, Korean barbacoa with homemade Korean pickles, vegan (beans, homestyle potatoes, & grilled mushrooms) or the loaded nacho taco.Uneeda Taco Taco

Uneeda taco has more than just tacos. If you’re hangry, fill up on the 1.5 pound burrito that’s stuffed with rice, black beans, cabbage, shredded cheese, white sauce, and your choice of chorizo, carnitas, barbacoa, ground beef or chicken. A seasonal treat is the chicken tortilla soup. Ask about it. Keep things simple with a quesadilla. Choose your favorite meat and it will be combined with cheese in a flour tortilla and served with sour cream and one side. If you ask nice, you can make it a salad.

Speaking of sides, try the amazing street corn that’s loaded with buttery and creamy goodness or the homestyle potatoes. Plus, there’s black beans and cabbage salad (similar to coleslaw) with chipotle ranch to choose from. This is nacho average taco truck. Wash it all down with a Mexican coke or with water or regular soft drinks.
