5th Annual Wheels in the Hills

8:00 am – 11:00 am

Annual Gem, Mineral and Jewelry Show

9:00 am – 6:00 pm

You’re not going to find ordinary jewelry at this show. Unique pieces will be available. You can also gaze and buy beautiful examples of nature’s geology including quartz, geode cracking and more. Get a sneak peek here or check out their website for more info.

Fun with Mosaics

10:00 am – 3:00 pm

Farm to Table: History on a Plate

11:00 am – Noon

Learn about the foods served at the earliest Spanish settlements in Louisiana. Find out what crops were grown and how trade with French and Native American neighbors influenced the early culinary scene in Northwest Louisiana. Try some samples of the dishes created at Los Adaes. Meet and Greet on the Concrete

1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Unity in the Community Gospel Comedy Show

7:00 pm

Geek’d Con

11:00 am – 5:00 pm

It’s the last day of Shreveport’s biggest comic com. 2019 marks the 5th anniversary with a star studded guest list (see it here) and cosplayers galore. Parking is free and tickets ad weekend passes can be purchased here.

Explore the reptile world with live demonstrations, seminars and fun things to do. You might even find a new pet. Activities also occur on Saturday. For more info, look on their website.
