The pumpkin spice phenomenon continues to spread into more of the culinary world now with pumpkin spice cookies. Now chocolate chip icon Nestle Toll House will soon release Pumpkin Spice Filled Baking Truffles. Three new “Filled Truffles” bags of confectionery goodness roll out soon. Peppermint and Sea Salt Caramel will be the other flavors and both of those feature real chocolate. The Sea Salt Caramel Truffles will only be sold exclusively at Kroger.

Obviously the Espresso Morsels contain roasted coffee as a main ingredient. The Unicorn Morsels are vanilla chips with pink and blue coloring added but only sets you back 70 calories while the rest contain 80 calories per serving.
The combinations could be incredible. You can create a mint chocolate mocha chip cookie now. For those truly adventurous, why not mix them up and bake a batch of Toll House Unicorn Espresso Pumpkin Spice cookies? Or would that be going too far?
