Party in the Park at the Highland Jazz & Blues Festival

The popular Highland neighborhood party is back!

Vendors are sorting their wares, musicians are tuning their instruments, singers are warming up their voices and all of Highland is gearing up for it’s 17th annual Highland Jazz & Blues Festival. What started in 2003 with a handful of performers and a small crowd of music enthusiasts has grown over the years to a huge event and now draws thousands of attendees. The festival takes place Saturday, September 18th in Shreveport’s Historic Highland neighborhood at Columbia Park. It all kicks off at 11:00 am and runs until 6:00 pm.
