Get ready for pride and fun in the park

Show your pride and fun, pride returns on April 18, 2020.

Dress up in a costume for the contest. Shreveport Mayor Adrian Perkins will judge the contest along with This Life Blogger and advocate Jada Durden and The Philadelphia Center Executive Director Chris Miciotto. The contest will have six different categories. The categories include Overall Winner, Hottest Squad, Cutest Couple, Prettiest Pride Pooch, Rainbow Star and Kutest Kiddo.

There will be a wide variety of family fun events at Pride in the Park. Shreveport’s own Tipsey The Band & That Girl DJ will provide some live music. Food trucks will be serving terrific food. Children activities include: bounce houses, free face painting and story time. Follow the event on Facebook.
