You'll eat po-boys, burgers, sweet potato pie and more from this sumptuous southern creole cuisine truck in Shreveport.
Sugar Lou’s food truck focuses on delicious po-boys and fries. Choices include turkey, fried shrimp, fried catfish, veggie and the Bourbon Street Chicken. Snack on some sweet potato pie for dessert. Yum! Catch the truck on weekends around town or stop by the 2nd floor of the Louisiana Tower (401 Edwards St.) in downtown Shreveport for even more Southern Creole Classics. Try jambalaya, patty melts, and a variety of other sandwiches for lunch. Hungry for a salad? Enjoy a garden, chef, cobb, or taco salad. Sweet Lou’s also makes a mean burger (available in turkey and veggie as well).
