T.I.S.D. Summer Sports CampsMore Info Here – Kids can enjoy all sorts of sports camps from June 2 through August 3. Spots fill up fast for the Texas Middle School and Texas High School. For kids from Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Silvermoon Children’s Theatre – Sign Up Here – The Silvermoon Children’s Theatre in Texarkana is having a production camp for children interested in theatre. Whether you want to be on stage doing musical theatre, learning choreography, or a crew member working back stage; they will go over all these at the camp. The camp is for grades 7-12 and is a fun filled thirteen day summer theatre camp with at the end producing a full length show for the public. Also, three Minishow/Drama Camps are available with each lasting a week.

Summer at St. James Day School – Sign Up Here – This year the focus is on Techknow Camps featuring everything from robotics to photography and from video game design to home economics in Texarkana.

Kids College 2021Sign Up Here – Choose up to eight classes that run between June 7-10 and June 14-17. From STEM specific classes to karate to culinary arts and more.

Northeast Texas

Camp Fern – Sign Up Here – It is a summer camp that is all outdoors in Marshall, TX. The camp takes place in the rolling hills and tall pines, on a private lake. The camp is mainly for children 6 to 16 years old founded on Christian beliefs. They strive to give the kids physical, emotional, and social enrichment while attending the camp. The camp starts in May through August but is separated from girls, co-ed, and boys.

Camp Huawni – Sign Up Here –  With more than 20 summer activities, this is a camp you want your kids at with all the outdoor water and land activities. Located in Timpson, Camp Huawni likes to keep camp life traditional with camp life for boys and girls. Fun and meaningful friendship is what they are all about.  The camp is for grades 1st through 11th grade and is from early June until late July.

Camp IdaSign Up Here – Starting on June 6 and running for six weeks until July 23, this camp caters to Christian youth just outside of Maud.

Main Street Film CampMore Info Here – Kids from the 34rd to 8th grades can attend a film camp from June 15-18. They’ll go from script to screen. At the Esquire Theatre in Carthage.

Shreveport Aquarium – Sign Up Here – Camp Aqua merges science exploration and hands-on fun. Camps scheduled to start on June 7 and run through July 23.

YMCA – Sign Up Here – Camps will take place starting on June 1 and run through August 6. These are week long camp sessions at the BHP Billiton YMCA.

The Swim School – Sign Up Here – Sessions start June 7 and last until July 23. Several different age group sessions are available at the Shreveport and Bossier City locations.

Louisiana Cheernastics – Sign Up Here – For kids 6-11, they can spend 12 weeks of summer having fun tumbling and cheering. New for 2021 will be 2-Day Summer Camps on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the summer.

Camp Bethany Church Camp – Sign Up Here – Several camp sessions are going on here hosted by local churches. The dates and registrations can be found on their site.

Robinson Film Center Summer Film Camps – Sign Up Here – Discover what goes on behind the scenes in filmmaking starting June 7 through July 30. Choose between Movie Monster, Scary Movie, Music Video and Comedy Camps. The camps do have age restrictions.

Bossier Arts Council Character Creation Summer CampSign Up Here -Teach your kiddos the ins and outs of character design! Starting with brainstorming sessions and ending with a mini art reception for all campers on Saturday, July 24th at 12pm. Camp session will run Tuesday, July 20th – Friday, July 23rd from 12pm – 3pm.

ArtBreak Summer Camp at artspaceSign Up Here – Mornings from June 15-August 5, artspace hosts STEAM activites reminisent of what happens during the usual ArtBreak. Enjoy aristic movement exercises led by local performers. The activities are designed for 1st grade to 7th grade.
