The free Children’s Book Fair features favorite kids’ authors

SHREVEPORT, La. (Ark-La-Tex Weekend) - The Shreve Memorial Library hosts its Annual Children’s Book Festival on Saturday, May 6, 2023. The whole family will have a lot of fun on the campus of LSU Shreveport from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Enjoy free admission to the festival.

Not only will there be lots of books but you can meet several characters from famous children’s books like Curious George, Madeline and more. Walk down Literacy Lane for fun games and interactive ways to improve literacy skills. Start off with a celebration for the Shreve Memorial Library 100th birthday!
