SHREVEPORT, La. (Ark-La-Tex Weekend) - So right now my favorite book is The Four Agreements. It’s a study of how to better communicate with others. I feel like in this day and age, so much can be misconstrued or we have a hard time communicating our intentions to others. So I find it it’s a way of furthering my learning and how to communicate with others in the community my coworkers, my friends, my families.
I think communication is very important. I think in the very beginning of the book, before agreements, they talk about the Toltec culture and how they kind of discovered their way of learning. And I think that kind of resonated with me because we’ve heard so many there’s so many self-help books out there. But I think it’s really important to find one that connects with you.
