Big concerts coming in February

This month is packed full of great music, plays and comedy!

SHREVEPORT, La. (Ark-La-Tex Weekend) - Almost two dozen acts will grace the stages of the Ark-La-Tex in February. It’s an exciting time for music lovers!

February 2

Chapel Hart

7:30 p.m.

One of the best up-and-coming Country music groups, Chapel Hart took America by storm with a Golden Buzzer performance on America’s Got Talent.

February 3 & 4

The Texas Tenors

Feb. 3 at 7:30 p.m. at the Whatley Center for Performing Arts in Mount Pleasant,Tex - Click here for tickets.

This trio is one of the highest selling artists from America’s Got Talent and they will perform twice in the Ark-La-Tex. The concerts will celebrate Broadway and America.

February 4

Mahler’s First

7 p.m.

Two time GRAMMY nominee violinist Jennifer Frautschi joins the Texarkana Symphony Orchestra for Mahler’s Symphony No. 1 in D-major and Sibelius’ Violin Concerto, Op. 47, in D-minor.

Kin Faux

7:30 p.m.

The Texas/Red Dirt Country band rolls into town for an entertaining evening.

February 11

Justin Moore - The, You, & Whiskey Tour

7 p.m.

Special guest Priscilla Block joins country music star Justin Moore. The Arkansas native and his traditional country sound will put you in a good mood.

See the rising Texas musician in a solo performance on the Citgo Stage

The Magic of Bill Blagg LIVE!

7 p.m.

This 90 minute Las Vegas-style show for the whole family will be filled with mind blowing magic tricks.

February 17

Mardi Gras Rumble

7 p.m.

Indulge in some Mardi Gras Indian Funk for a night as one of New Orleans’s brightest bands comes to town.

Location - First Financial Music Hall, El Dorado, Ark

Alabama: Roll on 2 North American Tour

7 p.m.

See the multi-platinum country rock group and listen to over 50 years of their music. They are joined by Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry.

The Country Comeback Tour

8 p.m.

Remember the group Shenandoah? Well a new chapter in the band’s history is starting on tour this month and the Ark-La-Tex is one of the stops.

Home Free: Road Sweet Road

8 p.m.

This all-vocal band will entertain you with their mix of country, Nashville-style pop and humor.

Winter Jam 2023

6 p.m.

The lineup for this Christian Pop/Rock concert is outstanding! We the Kingdom, Jeremy Camp, Austin French, Anne Wilson, Andy Mineo and more.

American Inspirations

7 p.m.

The Marshall Symphony honors Black History Month with bass opera singer Keron Jackson.

7:30 p.m.

There’s a limited number of seats available (as of the end of January) for the country legend. It’s going to be a great concert.

Journey: Freedom Tour 2023

7:30 p.m.

Get ready to rock to one of the most iconic bands of the 80s. Journey’s amazing Freedom Tour also has special guest Toto.

Over the River and Through the Woods

7:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. on Sunday

This charming family comedy revolves around four Italian-American grandparents doing their best to keep someone from moving.

Nate Bargatze: The Be Funny Tour

One of the fastest rising comedians, Bargatze will have you rolling in the aisles with his comedy. He’s been seen on The Tonight Show and SXSW.

Fairytales on Ice

7:30 p.m.

Award winning figure skaters bring several fairy tale characters to life from Beauty and the Beast to Alice in Wonderland.

The Jersey Tenors

7:30 p.m.

These fine singers combine rock and opera for a unique and entertaining concert. They even sing songs from New Jersey’s most famous musicians.

Parker McCollum

Another great Texas Country music star graces the stage with support from Catie Offerman and Corey Kent

Royal Comedy 2023

8 p.m.

The laughs continue as five hilarious comics make a stop in Shreveport: Special K, Bruce Bruce, Sommore, Lavell Crawford and JJ Williamson.

The 2019 CMA New Artist of the Year award winner comes to Arkansas to perform some of her famous hits like “Girl Goin’ Nowehere.”

Momma Mia! One of the best ABBA tribute bands all the way from London stops in Shreveport. They’ll sing many of your favorite ABBA songs.
