Texas Music Friendly: A Celebration Event

Marshall has become a Certified Texas Music Friendly Community and the are celebrating with a dinner and concert featuring Jake Williams, Wes Jeans with Pepper Holt and Trace Ellington.

6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.
This program will feature a candlelit ceremony, a musical medley performed by Beverly Webb, Dr. Martin L. King, Jr. Pledge to Service Cards, and a message delivered by Dr. James A. Morris. Plus a sneak peek at the new exhibition.

The Queensborough neighborhood hosts this first major Mardi Gras parade in Shreveport as “Sobek Travels the World”
Location - Starts at the State Fair of Louisiana and travels along Mertis Avenue, Lakeshore Drive, Missouri Avenue and Greenwood Road
