Shreveport Symphony Orchestra releases new 2022-23 season

Subscription tickets are on sale for 50% off and feature 8 concerts

Shreveport, Louisiana — SHREVEPORT, La. (Ark-La-Tex Weekend) - The Shreveport Symphony Orchestra (SSO) is offering 50% off on its subscription for its new 2022-23 Willis-Knighton Masterworks Series.

Several nights of beautiful music can be enjoyed with this new series coming up, starting in September, the SSO’s new 2022-23 series will begin. If you want to experience the upcoming shows firsthand with the best seats, this is your chance to get subscriptions for 8 concerts for half the price.

The single tickets go on sale on August 29, choose-your-own packages and a 3-concert Pops series are also available.

All of the concerts will be held at the RiverView Theater, located at 600 Clyde Fant Parkway.

Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony: Revolution in Music, Saturday, September 24, 2022—7:30 pm. with Conductor Michael Butterman

Features tenor and Louisiana native Paul Groves, soprano Sarah Rees, GRAMMY-winning mezzo-soprano Michelle DeYoung, bass Dennis Jesse and the Centenary College Choir, Northwestern State University Choir and Prisma Vocal Ensemble.
