“Ghost Cake”

I’ve known this recipe since junior high. Lighting up the eyes always gets people’s attention. Plus, I got to use a black light at then end. Overall, it was fun to create the video, cook the cake, and make it vanish (tasty!) See how to make the cake here.

“Remembering and celebrating a legacy”

Down in Sabine County, I discovered a small yet incredible museum. The Patricia Huffman Smith NASA “Remembering Columbia” Museum commemorates the long serving Space Shuttle Columbia. Many of the technological advances can be linked to the shuttle that crashed over East Texas in 2003. If you get a chance, go check it out. See the story here.
