Belly Dancing Class

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 15

Hill of Five Trails

9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Experience life of early Arkansas settlers. See how pioneer life was with demonstrations and learn survival skills crucial to those exploring back in the 18th century. For tickets and more info, click here.

Green Thumb Seminar & Pruning Day

9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Bring some gloves and pruners and help the American Rose Center get ready for the 2020 season. Learn all about having a green thumb and meet Rosarians. Exploring Northwest Louisiana’s Black Photographic Legacy

11:00 am – Noon

See some of the history of African-American photography of the area in one place as part of Black History Month. Raegan Stearns is the owner of Cloud & Clay Cultural Preservation and is an Associate Archivist of Alabama State University. For more details, click here.

Krewe of Centaur Parade

3:30 pm

One of the biggest parades in the Ark-La-Tex rolls at an earlier time than usual. Be prepared to catch a lot of beads, cups and more! See how they get ready for the parade here. Learn more about the Krewe on their website.

Location – Along Clyde Fant Parkway from Sci-Port to Shreveport-Barksdale Highway to Kings Hwy. to the Duck Pond.

From Elvis with Love

7:00 pm

One of the top Elvis Presley Tribute Artists, Richard Bruce Cook, comes to town to perform an amazing concert. Bring your Valentine for this fun evening. For info and tickets, click here.

Lady Demon Classic Conclusion

An Evening of Romance

6:00 pm
