A delicious casserole for sweet summer nights
Here’s a look at a quick and easy sweet potato casserole recipe.
1 ½ c. pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. butter
1 c. marshmallows
½ c. cane sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 c. sweet potatoes
Preheat oven to 350°. coat a 4 quart casserole dish with some olive oil and or cooking spray. Grab a large bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, marshmallows, salt, cane sugar and sweet potatoes. Bake for 45 – 50 minutes, be sure to heat thoroughly.
