Celebrate the Cane River Film Festival

After a delay, the Resurrection Film Festival Foundation Inc, is proud to host the 4th Annual Cane River Film Festival in Natchitoches. The Cane River Film Festival is one of the new film festivals that will give international, independent and student filmmakers an opportunity to network with producers, directors, sponsors and politicians. Several TV and Hollywood producers lend their time to judging the films. The grand prize winner receives $1,500 in cash and prizes.

Friday, March 19

11:00am-2:00pm

Welcome Reception and Awards Ceremony – Find out who won and listen to speakers Chris Stelly and Jacqui Pitman. The event is free and open to the public but you must RSVP.

Location – Northwestern State University – Russell Hall – Natchitoches Room (175 Sam Sibley Dr.)

3:00pm-6:00pm

Judges Top Five Winners Film Screenings – Watch the top five films of the festival as selected by the judges. The event is free and open to the public but you must RSVP.

Location – Northwestern State University – Louisiana School for Math, Science and the Arts (715 University Pkwy.)

Saturday, March 20

Kids Actor Work-camp

11:00am-2:00pm

Location – Legacy Cafe/Ben Johnson Auditorium (400 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr.)

VIP Red Carpet Sponsors Gala

7:00 pm – Midnight

Attend the annual fundraiser for the film festival. Formal attire required. Live music, food, drinks, networking and more. This is a ticketed event.
