Bossier City Walmart to become Drive-In Theatre

If you haven’t heard already, Walmart plans to transform 160 of its parking lots into Drive-In theatres. Drive-ins have been making a come back as traditional movie theatres remain closed due to the virus. Walmart announced their drive-in theatre locations and dates for its parking lot drive-in and Bossier City is on the list.

You can catch a family-friendly movie on the dates below. Tickets are free, but they must be requested in advance. Tickets will be available online on the day of the event, pending availability. The Bossier City Walmart sits at 2536 Airline Drive.

Gates open at 6 p.m. and the films will begin at 7:30 p.m.

  • Friday, October 9
  • Saturday, October 10

Be sure to get there on time. There will be no late entry after the film starts and the number of guests is limited to the number of parking spots available.

Walmart announced the movie lineup as well. They are all family-friendly and rated PG-13 or below. No announcement as of yet about which movies will be shown a the Walmart Bossier City Drive-In Theatre.

Be sure to bring a radio and you face masks. There will be no alcohol allowed and you must have a vehicle to reserve a ticket. Guests are asked to stay in their cars.
