After a year off, the popular Barksdale Air Show at is back! Mark your calendars for May 18 & 19.
This year’s show will be headlined by the Canadian Snowbirds, with performances by “Tora, Tora, Tora!”, Chris Darnell with the Aftershock jet truck, the F-35 Demo Team and Mark Henley. Other acts the audience can anticipate include the B-52, B-2, B-1, F-35, KC-135, and the U.S. Army Black Dagger parachute team. Expect to see some action on the ground as well. There will be a variety of stationary displays with crew members available to give visitors a look inside, talk and answer questions. 25 planes will be on display.

Gates will open to the Barksdale Defenders of Liberty Air & Space Show at 9:00 am both days and the show starts at 11:00 am. Parking and admission will be free. The show ends around 4:30 pm on both days.
Bring sunscreen. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Water bottle filling stations will be scattered about. Entry to the base will be at North Gate and West Gate. Large vehicles need to use the North Gate entrance. Vehicles are subject to be searched. Entry gates close at 3:30 pm. Because of the huge crowds expected, carpooling is encouraged.
No weapons allowed as well as backpacks, large purses and coolers.
