With more and more local restaurants offering pick up and delivery meal kits, a chicken fast food giant is jumping into the competition starting on May 4, 2020. For a limited time, Chick-fil-A offers a Chicken Parmesan Meal Kit.
Here’s what comes in the make-it-yourself meal kit. This kit that serves two comes with a $14.99 price tag. A handy six-step recipe comes with the ingredients.
- 2 seasoned Original Chick-fil-A Chicken filets
- Marinara sauce
- Italian-style cheeses
- Creamy garlic and lemon pasta
But wait, there’s more! You can customize the Chick-fil-A Meal Kit by substituting the chicken filets with grilled or spicy filets. During the Coronavirus crisis, place an order through their app, drive-thru or have it delivered. Larger meal kits will be available as well.
From their website, “Our guests are currently experiencing unique challenges, which is why we’re proud to offer the Chicken Parmesan Meal Kit as an easy way for them to enjoy a delicious meal from the safety and comfort of home,” said Ben Bolling, menu and packaging program lead at Chick-fil-A.
This new release comes just after the fast food empire announced that 8 ounce containers of their sauce will be available in their restaurants.
